The main cultural fears and prejudices related to the entry of Turkey in the EU will be outlined by the two experts.

An open discussion will be launched on possible proposals to overcome the cultural barriers currently expressed by public opinion in Italy, Europe and Turkey. Particular attention will be paid to the choice of priority cultural issues to be analyzed by the working Group during the coming months such as: Cultural Identity, Religion, Education, The role of women in society, Art, Immigration, Communication and media, Alliance of civilization.
